Our monthly fees are calculated based upon your order volume, order frequency, number of unique customers and number of SKUs. 

We have two options available a fix and a variable monthly fee. 

This is estimated from your forecasted order frequency, order volume and stock holding. 

The deposit is needed to ensure you have sufficient funds on account to cover your expenses and estimated duty liability.

We hold stock at our partner warehouse London City Bond and yes you can stock your product under-bond. 

Yes we can deliver DPD 24hr tracked trough our fulfilment centre. This is an additional service and separate warehouse. Additional fee apply depending on volumes of orders and SKUs.

We hold your stock on consignment, we do not purchase your stock. You will need to provide a cost price for us to raise an invoice and transfer stock into our account. 

Please note, we facilitate the sale of your product by providing all back-office and logistics services necessary to supply demand. We do not purchase your stock and we do not make a margin from your sales. 

Storage is incurred weekly for all stock held in our care. We charge a fixed amount per case per week or part thereof. 

Receipt, Handling and Dispatch (RHD) fees are charged per case.
